Supplies: Paper and embellishments, DMC Desire green threading wire.

Fiskars® tools: ShapeCutter™ (4806), Shape Template™ - Circles (4850), ShapeCutter™ Mat (8608), Eyelet Setter (3133), Eyelet Mat (8604).

Step 1:
With the ShapeCutter™ and Template, cut out a 1.50 circle from paper, centring on the largest shape and another sized 2.00 from the pink paper.

Step 2:
Use the eyelet setter to punch a hole 3mm from the edge at the top of each circle. Make sure you use the craft mat when punching the holes to protect the work surface.

Step 3:
Superimpose the two circles, assemble them by threading the wire through the superimposed holes, then slide them under the ribbon of the gift package and crimp the two ends of the wire together.
