Instructions
Step 1
Using ShapeCutter™ and Template, cut an envelope from Pink Paper. Score and fold and fix bottom flap in place with D/S tape.
Step 2
Create a border using Continuous Stamping Wheel™ and Dragonfly stampon a strip of white paper. Punch each edge using Border Punch. Ink the edges and fix in place with D/S Tape.
Step 3
Punch a scalloped circle from white paper using Squeeze Punch L Scalloped Circle. Ink the edge with the brown ink pad and fix in place with 3D foam pads. The top flap can be tucked behind the scalloped circle to create a closure.
Using Squeeze Punch punch a heart from pink and white paper and fix as shown with 3D foam pads.
Create a faux stitched effect with White Fine Liner Pen on the top flap.
Step 4
To create the flower, punch XL Scalloped Circle from Kraft paper and L Scalloped Circle from pink paper. Cut between each scallop almost into the centre of each circle to create a ruffled effect. Fix as shown using D/S tape.
Step 5
Fix sentiments as shown. Decorating "Happy Happy" with a ribbon bow.
Fix ribbon to the back of the envelope with D/S tape to create a handbag handle. Cut a strip of Kraft Paper to fit across the back to cover the ribbon fixing
