+ Do you give invitations for craft shows?
Unfortunately, we have a limited number of invitations for consumer craft shows in which we participate. The best we can do is to send you a voucher when we have some.
+ I am a crafts creator and would like to know if you look for crafts projects designers?
If you are interested in making creations for Fiskars, please send an e-mail to our consumer service with all your details, with a short presentation of your crafts background, with pictures of several creations you made using Fiskars products and with any additional material you think useful to us (examples of publications, design team memberships...)
+ I am a journalist and look for PR contact for Fiskars crafts products, where can I find it?

+ I have been told your products have a lifetime guarantee, please let me know how I can replace my broken product?
Fiskars crafts products do not have a lifetime guarantee in Europe. Of course, the Fiskars guarantee on the tool is against defective workmanship and/or materials, but does not cover normal wear, sharpening, industrial use, or damage due to abuse, misuse, neglect or accidental damage. We replace defective products once we made tests to confirm there is a problem of quality.
We won't replace the products if they broke because of a misuse (punching on material exceeding the recommended thickness for example).

+ I look for a specific pattern of punch but cannot find it on your website, how can I do?
Our website presents the whole range of Fiskars craft products currently available in Europe. If the product you look for does not appear, it may be because it has been discontinued or because it has not been launched in Europe. If you want any further information, please send an e-mail to our consumer service here .
+ I want to sell Fiskars products in my crafts shop, how can I get your catalogue, price list and conditions?
Please send an e-mail with your name, address and all the details (telephone, e-mail...) to our consumer service . Please also mention if you plan to open a shop or if it already exists. The consumer service will forward your e-mail to the relevant commercial team that will contact you as soon as possible.
+ My Fiskars product is broken / not working well, can you help me?
